Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase of original paintings, fine-art prints, and commissions from Virginia Huling (“we,” “us,” “the artist”) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

Fine-art prints are reproductions of original paintings, produced to order through a professional print lab in your chosen size and medium. Originals are one-of-a-kind paintings offered to collectors by inquiry. Commissions are custom original works created to your brief. Colors and texture may vary slightly between screens, mediums, and print runs; this is normal for handmade and made-to-order art.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout through our secure payment processor. Print prices vary by size and medium and are confirmed in your cart before payment. An order is accepted once payment is successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Prints and commissions are made to order, so please allow production time before shipment; an estimate is shown at checkout or provided with your commission. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Because prints and commissions are produced to order specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Original paintings are sold as final-sale, one-of-a-kind works.

5. Commissions

Commissioned works are created collaboratively from an agreed brief, size, and timeline. Specific terms — including any deposit, schedule, and final price — are confirmed in writing before work begins. Commissions are custom and final-sale once approved and produced.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Virginia Huling and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print, original, or commission grants you ownership of the physical piece for personal display; it does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, resell as reproductions, or use the imagery commercially. The artist retains all reproduction rights.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and respond to inquiries, and we do not sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on this site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to your order.
